For app questions, the product name, your device and iOS version, and the app version from the Settings tab help us answer in one round trip. For everything else, plain language is perfect.
What not to include
Never include patient-identifying information: no patient names, chart numbers, dates of birth, health-card numbers, or clinical details. Leave out passwords and full financial account numbers as well. Email is ordinary email; treat it accordingly.
