For app questions, include the product name, device, iOS version, and app version from the Settings tab. This information helps us answer without another question. For other messages, use plain language.
What not to include
Never include patient-identifying information: no patient names, chart numbers, dates of birth, health-card numbers, or clinical details. Leave out passwords and full financial account numbers as well. Email is ordinary email; treat it accordingly.
