Support
DentiPath support, from the team that builds it.
Support for DentiPath Finance™, DentiPath Ledger™, DentiPath Launch™, and the coming-soon DentiPath SkillsLab™ is handled directly by the people who build the DentiPath apps. Email support@dentipath.ca or call 1-855-677-7284 (1-855-677-PATH), and we will get back to you.
Are the apps available now?
DentiPath Finance, DentiPath Ledger, and DentiPath Launch are available now on the App Store in Canada, the US, the UK, Australia, New Zealand, and Singapore. DentiPath SkillsLab is coming soon and does not yet have a download badge.
Where can I get help with SkillsLab?
Use the dedicated SkillsLab support page for setup, practice history, the 3D or AR viewer, accessibility, and scoring questions. SkillsLab remains an educational practice tool and does not replace supervised instruction.
Where is my data stored?
Current releases are local-first: core app entries are stored on your device by default, and no DentiPath account is required. iCloud sync, browser access, accounts, and hosted convenience features are not included in current releases. If a future optional feature changes where selected data is stored or processed, the product and privacy pages will explain it before release and the app will explain it before you enable it.
What happens to my data if I lose my phone?
Your own backups matter. Backup behaviour varies by product: Finance and SkillsLab data may be included in a device backup, while Ledger and Launch data is excluded from device-level backups and must be protected with the app’s own backup feature. Back up before switching devices or deleting an app, keep the backup somewhere you control, and verify it before removing the original. Current Ledger and Launch backups are password-encrypted; older plain JSON Launch backups should be stored securely if you still have copies. SkillsLab practice history can also be deliberately exported.
Should I enter patient information?
No. DentiPath apps are educational practice, financial planning, and record-keeping tools, not patient-record systems. Avoid patient-identifying information entirely: no names, chart numbers, dates of birth, health-card numbers, clinical details, or clinical images. The entry flows are designed so you never need them.
Do the apps give financial or tax advice?
No. DentiPath products are for planning and record-keeping, not professional advice. Estimates depend on the values you enter and the terms of your own agreements. Review important decisions with qualified professionals.
How do I report a bug or request a feature?
Email support@dentipath.ca with the product name, your device and iOS version, the app version from Settings, and a short description of what happened or what you want improved. Screenshots help; crop out anything sensitive first.
How do refunds and subscriptions work?
Purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store, so refunds, subscription management, and cancellation run through Apple’s standard tools (Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions, or reportaproblem.apple.com). We are glad to help you find the right place.
When you email support, please do not include patient names, chart numbers, clinical details, or other patient-identifying information.
