The DentiPath apps (including DentiPath Finance™, DentiPath Ledger™, DentiPath Launch™, and DentiPath SkillsLab™), this website, and related materials provide educational practice, planning, and personal record-keeping tools only. Nothing in them is financial, investment, legal, tax, accounting, bookkeeping, employment, contractual, insurance, lending, regulatory, admissions, educational, career, or clinical advice, and nothing creates a professional or fiduciary relationship with Dentipath Technologies Inc. Before you sign a contract, take a loan, structure compensation, choose a school or program, file taxes, or act on any comparable decision, consult qualified professionals who can review your specific situation.

2. Estimates depend on your inputs

Every calculation is an estimate produced from the values and assumptions you enter. Real outcomes depend on the exact wording of your agreements, your practice’s adjustment and write-off practices, payer mix, taxes, timing, and other factors no general-purpose tool can know. A difference between an estimate and a real-world figure is a prompt to ask a question. It is not, by itself, evidence that anyone made an error.

Benchmark ranges, examples, defaults, and educational comparisons are general reference points, not verified market rates or promises of a typical result. Sources, methods, sample sizes, regions, and dates vary. Confirm any benchmark that matters to a decision using current, authoritative information for your jurisdiction and circumstances.

3. Not a clinical tool

DentiPath products contain no clinical decision support and must not be used to diagnose, plan, document, or bill clinical care. They are not medical devices and are not patient-record, charting, billing, or insurance systems. SkillsLab is an educational, pre-clinic practice aid. Its exercises, scores, and feedback do not assess readiness for patient care and do not replace a curriculum, faculty instruction, supervised simulation, or professional judgment. DentiPath is not an official system of record; do not use it as the only copy of information that must be retained for professional, employment, school, tax, contractual, or legal purposes.

4. No patient information

The products are designed to avoid patient-identifying information, and you must not enter it. Your professional and legal obligations regarding patient information remain entirely yours.

5. No guarantee of accuracy or fit

We work hard to make the math faithful to common Canadian dental compensation, cost, and financing structures, but contracts vary and software has limits. We do not guarantee that any calculation matches your contract, employer, jurisdiction, or circumstances. Where DentiPath outputs disagree with your contract, your contract governs.

Laws, regulations, tax rules, professional standards, lending practices, admissions requirements, employment terms, and contracts vary by jurisdiction and change over time. Website or app content may not reflect the latest rule applicable to you. Check current primary sources and obtain qualified advice where appropriate.

Any automated suggestion, generated classification, imported field mapping, OCR result, summary, or future AI-assisted output may be incomplete or wrong. Current Ledger import is limited to CSV, Excel, and pasted-table financial totals. Review the original source and independently verify every material result before saving, sharing, or acting on it. OCR, image import, camera import, and AI-assisted import are not available in current releases. Do not submit patient-identifying or other prohibited sensitive information.

6. Third parties

References to Apple, the App Store, iCloud, and other third-party services describe how those services interact with DentiPath products; they are not endorsements, and those services are governed by their own terms.
