The iPad layout keeps the monthly record, reconciliation, performance trends, reports, and imports visible with the room they deserve. On supported Apple-silicon Macs, the same iPad app can run as a Designed for iPad app.

Entries take under a minute: production, lab fees, direct costs, expenses. Ledger applies your split percentage and basis the way your contract defines them and keeps a running monthly picture: gross production, deductions, and estimated pay before tax.
When the pay stub arrives, you have your own number to compare it against. Differences stop being a feeling and become a line item you can ask about. Most turn out to be timing or an adjustment, and the conversation starts from shared numbers instead of guesses.

Daily gross production with lab fees and direct costs. Entries are structured fields, not free-text patient notes, with an optional reference label for your own bookkeeping. An on-device check helps keep patient-identifying text out of that field.

Your percentage, applied to gross, after lab fees, or after direct costs, exactly the way your agreement reads.
Pay reconciliation
Compare estimated earnings against actual deposits each pay period and see the gap itemized.
Professional expenses

Summaries & reports
Monthly and year-to-date views, monthly PDF reports, and record or annual-summary CSV exports for your own files or your accountant. Import CSV, Excel, text, ZIP, or pasted financial totals with a review step before saving.
Backup & restore
In the current release, backups are password-encrypted: you set the password, and DentiPath can’t read the backup. Restore your file whenever you need it.
A financial record, never a patient record.
Ledger is scoped for production and professional finance tracking only. Do not enter patient names, chart numbers, dates of birth, or clinical details. The entry flow is designed so you never need to. Your record stays a record of your work and your pay.
Selected import files are read temporarily on your device. Ledger does not copy, retain, upload, or delete the original file; after the import flow ends, it keeps only accepted financial entries and limited privacy-screened import metadata.
Current releases are local-first and fully usable without an account, iCloud sync, browser access, or hosted convenience features. Optional sync and hosted features are not included in current releases and would be explained before they become available.
